We are looking for a committed HR professional to oversee and improve our compensation and benefits functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and handling all compensation-related transactions and claims. This role supports the development and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The individual will conduct market surveys and job evaluations to keep our compensation packages competitive and in line with labor laws. Additionally, providing guidance to employees and managers, preparing reports, conducting audits, and maintaining confidential records are key aspects of this position. Collaboration with other HR teams and cross-functional departments is essential to ensure smooth program delivery and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and manage benefits enrollment efficiently.
- Handle all compensation and benefits-related transactions and claims.
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs and policies that align with company objectives and comply with legal standards.
- Conduct market surveys and job evaluations to benchmark compensation against industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Prepare detailed reports, conduct audits, and maintain confidential records related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with other HR functions and cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery and communication.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA Hons) with a focus on Human Resources or a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in conducting market surveys and job evaluations is highly valued.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
- Benefits include performance bonuses, provident fund contributions, medical coverage, leave encashment, and annual salary increments.
- Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Monthly salary range: Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
