The job responsibilites will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Recruit and hire new staff members for our national and international locations.
  • Assist in processing payroll for all employees/ contractors worldwide.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation.
  • Monitor time and attendance and leaves of absence.
  • Inform and train employees of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice to managers on HR/employee related issues.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance in accordance with international employment laws.
  • Work with Managers to ensure proper progressive disciplinary action procedures are followed.
  • Assist in monitoring performance management procedures.
  • Partner with the management team in growing the organizational structure by understanding job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure Employee files are kept up to date.
  • Update company policies and procedures as needed.
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Stong in recruitment function espeially technical recruitment for IT.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
