Support Manager HR is the implementation new and existing HR strategies, Polices and Procedures.

  • Assisting Manager HR in the implementation of motivational Strategies to keep employee’s higher commitment level with the Organization.
  • Assisting Manager HR in Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program, employee benefits and etc.
  • Monitor Performance Appraisals of all BMC employees with the correspondence with Assistant Manager HR.
  • Responsible for updating employees detail in ERP.
  • Manages and prepare the detail of loading, stamping and stock checking charges and update in ERP.
  • Responsible for correspondence and liaison with the Jubilee Insurance company regarding the health insurance coverage.
  • Responsible for updating and managing attendance leave record of employees.
  • Responsible for preparing the detail of Education Plan for Employee and Employee’s Children Education Plan on the monthly basis and forwarding to audit department for further necessary action.
