BMA Capital, based in Karachi, is looking for a skilled HR professional with practical experience in HRMIS and HR software to join their team. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR operations and payroll management, capable of managing various HR processes and employee-related functions efficiently within a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee exit formalities and clearance procedures effectively.
- Oversee payroll account setup, UIN tagging, and issuance of visiting cards for new hires.
- Coordinate the renewal of Group Health, Group Life, and Pay Continuation insurance policies on schedule.
- Process monthly EOBI and SESSI payments accurately and promptly.
- Administer regulatory benefits and handle employee-related processes.
- Monitor and update monthly employee attendance records.
- Maintain and regularly update the master employee sheet.
- Update and maintain data within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize proper filing and documentation of HR records.
- Assist with processing employee loan applications and leave cases.
- Address employee grievances professionally to promote a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HR operations, HRMIS, and payroll management.
- Proficiency with HR software and hands-on experience in its application.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and G Suite applications.
- Knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, and medical insurance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least one year of prior experience specifically with HRMIS and HR software is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll management, regulatory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the Karachi office.
