Magnatec Systems is looking for a meticulous and deadline-oriented Technical Recruiter to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements, craft precise job descriptions, and identify qualified candidates. This position involves screening applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and managing job offers to secure the best talent for the company. Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in handling multiple recruitment platforms are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify upcoming vacancies and define technical job requirements.
- Develop and post comprehensive job descriptions across appropriate media platforms.
- Manage various recruitment channels efficiently to optimize candidate sourcing.
- Screen applicants to evaluate their skills and suitability for the roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews via telephone, video, or in-person meetings.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks to validate candidate credentials.
- Present shortlisted candidate resumes to hiring managers for consideration.
- Extend job offers and complete all necessary hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of technology and technical skills pertinent to IT recruitment.
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes and platforms effectively.
- Female candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site
