We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team. This role is essential in managing daily HR operations and supporting various human resources functions. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll support, and the implementation of HR policies. A proactive and organized approach, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and foster a positive workplace culture, is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the entire recruitment cycle, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR information systems.
- Assist with payroll processing, including managing attendance and leave records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Support performance management processes and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
