Job Description:
- KnowBe4 administration (setup & configuration, developing campaigns, risk scoring).
- Creating and execution of Training & Phishing campaigns.
- User management (ensuring email deliveries, training, resolving user issues).
- Carrying out Customer Success tasks, both technical and non-technical.
- Close coordination with vendor CSM for speedy resolution of issues.
- Off-hours availability to work with incident response teams.
- Monitoring and management of phishing and other social engineering attacks.
- Preparing and dissemination of various risk reports and statistics to designated recipients
