Job Description:
Training and guiding the team at the client's location to ensure that they can perform cash deposits smoothly.
Ensuring machine upkeep by performing routine servicing of the machine.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
Ensuring timely maintenance of the Hardware provided to the client's location.
Raising claims resulting from the malfunction of the CDM, as per SOP and managing it with the client.
