Job Role & Duties
- Identify potential customers and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and strategies to reach potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate new business leads.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Create visually appealing social media posts and content to promote our Odoo software solutions and services across various social media platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with sales and CRM tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
