Job Description:
KnowBe4 administration (setup & configuration, developing campaigns, risk scoring).
Creating and execution of Training & Phishing campaigns.
User management (ensuring email deliveries, training, resolving user issues).
Carrying out Customer Success tasks, both technical and non-technical.
Close coordination with vendor CSM for speedy resolution of issues.
Off-hours availability to work with incident response teams.
Monitoring and management of phishing and other social engineering attacks.
