Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software developers in a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure deployments are delivered on time and team objectives are met.
- Help the team to provide realistic work estimatesHelp the team in technical decisions and technical challenges
- Resolve routine project issues during project executionDevelop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training ofteam members
- Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses orinefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gapsResponsible for the technical growth of the development team
- Ensure effective testing and debugging to produce high-quality products.Foster professional growth and development of team members. through coachingand training.
- Research and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and bestpractices and provide technical expertise to the team.Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gainswithin the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institute
- 4+ years overall professional experience in the software industry
- 2+ years of management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in a product development environment is preferred.
- We are working on our own product. It's not a service-providing role but working on own product.Worked with Jira, Confluence, Slack etcMust have technical knowledge.
