Responsibilities:
· Assisting supervisor in developing organizational sales by meeting business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Ensuring to meet individual sales targets with the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and lead generation.
· The ongoing training of your salespeople.
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/ services.
· Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas.
· Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
· Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
· Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/ Technology, Business Management or related field with 2 – 3 years of experience.
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
