Call Center Agents would be responsible for dealing with customers via telephone, who call in their office to complain or enquire about a particular service being provided by their employer.
This would include; listening thoughtfully and determining the reason for the customer's call, problem solving and answering questions.
The agent is expected to remain calm and helpful throughout the call, even when the caller is angry.
