• Distribution/ Territory Management
  • Deliver Monthly Sales Plan & KPIs
  • Ensure availability& visibility of defined Client's products within Assigned territory/channels.
  • Observation & Training of field force during on/off field visits.
  • Ensure smooth execution of Trade category & Brand Plans as per company's guidelines and standard.
  • Verification of claims,Damages,Trade offers & assets etc.
  • Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Support Area Development Manager with business updates and take informed decision.
  • Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
  • Closely monitor competition activities and timely communication to Area Development Manager.
  • Ensure correction validation of distribution data to have a clean outlet and sales database.
  • Ensure smooth execution of contracts at outlets & Sub Distributor level
  • Lead Client's values for the team.
  • Lead branchterritory admin requirements.
  • Cascade,own and drive Sales SOPs within the territory.
  • Conduct periodic stock and quality audits at the distributor warehouses.
