· Lead overall payables function of the Organization
· Ensuring payments are made within due date
· Ensuring correct deduction of Income Tax WHT and timely deposit
· Responsible for preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements
· Ensure month-end close process is in line with group & local reporting guidelines
· Maintain & strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
· Responsible for budget preparation and forecasting
· Prepare presentations and analysis for Board of Directors, CEO & CFO
· Coordination with the auditors (Internal & External)
· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Head of Department
