Looking for Plant Manager for Food Manufacturing Firm in Karachi who will responsible for Production Planning, managing end to end Plant Operations from Mixing to Packaging, Plant Maintenance, Labor management and Process Improvement.
Experience Requirements:
- Overall experience of 12-15 years or more in Food / Pharma manufacturing environment
- Has experience of 3 to 5 years in leading production set up in the same capacity as mentioned above
- Strong understanding of entire flow of production from preparation to processing finished goods.
- Effective written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to review and interpret concepts and to communicate necessary actions and requests clearly and concisely
- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment
Education Requirements:
- BE – Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (ME preferred) from reputable university
- Production and / or Process Improvement related certifications such as Six Sigma preferred
