Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments
- Solve application / product problems efficiently and effectively.
- Accompany engineer in installation and routine maintenance of instruments at customer site, if required.
- Maintain/update products information promptly
- Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion Coordinate customer evaluation of products Conduct business as per company compliance and Behavior.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager, from time to time. Documentation of all application related activities as per company standards.
- Duly signed service report by customer
- Escalate all PRI and PSI issues timely.Responsible to report incident/ accident immediately to SHE department.
- Attend/ complete all requisite on-line and F2F training (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented.
- Responsible to own the SHE goals as individual goals and play his/her part to achieve the goals inline with strategies/action plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate Sciences, Medical laboratory technology, biochemical or equivalent is required
- Committed to excellence in service Flexible in working and travelling
- 2 to 3 years of experience in pharma industry
