Key Responsibilities;
- Responsible to ensure quality of products are sold by eliminating errors or faults (if any) in the products.
- Works as a bridge of communication between factory and branches/customers
- Responsible to gather information related to products faults; report factory about faults after investigating root cause
- Check and test the quality, serviceability, and durability through IPDP forum
- Discuss and explain the faults of the product with the factory and seek the improvements in the product
- Collect market feedback for the products improvement and products development through various sources e.g., internet, market surveys, etc.
- Monitor the cost being spent on the warranty complaints and making sure that genuine and real cases are entertained, and cost is kept within budget
- Ensure all the parts issued for the product are verified with factory data and that issuance is 100% genuine
- Work in product development, participate in customer testing, IPDP and check development
- Ensure that customer visits requirements are met by branch managers.
- Also has to check customer verification and proper customer follow is processed

- Technical knowledge of all home appliance products
- Technical information (Product Specification)

- Microsoft Excel analysis
