As a Performance Assurance Technician, you will be responsible to be part of a team of 4G/5GRAN Performance Assurance technical staff providing post drive test analysis, reporting andoptimization recommendations. You will be responsible to provide support and expertise forproactive identification of issues, analysis and diagnostics across Nokia and other RANequipment providers 4G/5G network infrastructure using expansive data and measurementcapabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide drive test post process analysis and reporting using process tools such as:
- eDAT, ACTIXONE, WindCatcher, or similar products.
- Analyze 4G/5G KPI measurements and targets (KPI, KQI) for 4G/5G RAN acceptance.
- Analyzing changes in service impacting parameters and alarms and report their impact
- to KPIs
- Working closely with Tier-3 team in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
- Background & Competencies:
- Experience with 4G/5G/LTE RAN technologies
- Understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 4G/5G/LTE RAN measurements
- Experience with wireless infrastructure provider and/or operator is desired
- Experience in drive test data processing and analysis using eDAT, ACTIX, WindCatcher
- and TEMS Discovery is desirable
