HRSPL is looking “Associate HRBP” for one of its Client.

Job Description:

  • Provide guidance to business in day to day operational issues
  • Manage complex employee relations issues through effective thorough and objective investigation.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to implement solutions, programs and policies.
  • Keep track on actual headcount as per the business plan.
  • Assist in managing recognition and engagement plans at respective locations.
  • Stakeholder management through regular meetings with various departments and building trusted relationships with various department.

Support HRBP in HR related activities such as:

Payroll Discrepancies, DA Actions, COC Refreshers, Onboarding Sessions
