We are in quest of suitable candidates for the position of Business Consultant (B2G) – Nationwide (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar). Our client is one of the largest private telecom sector organizations in Pakistan.

What Our Client is looking for?

We are looking for a specific candidate who is dynamic, motivated, and can specifically speed up data business, devices. The candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & customers. Truly competent who has a clear understanding related to the business requirements for his further growth. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in the Government Sector at the local level for which this position is being announced.  Association with government organizations, the experience of fintech, and B2B/B2G catalogues will be an added plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand the culture of our Client’s Business Services Division segment; meet team members.
  • Understanding of how you fit in the Business 2 Government Model.
  • Understanding market dynamics and familiarize yourself with accounts in the government sector.
  • Liaison with Point of Contacts in the Government sector and understand Compliance policies.
  • Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly plan reports overview and submission process.
  • Prepare Sales Pipeline, Sales prospect segment-wise list & submit monthly progress.
  • Move within tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling (after-sales), retention & hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purposes on daily basis.
  • Seek out new growth opportunities within existing accounts, Portfolio Management.
  • Develop relations in the tagged portfolio for revenue growth and selling new products.
  • Perform physical visits in tagged portfolio & resolve their issues, manage their churn, and recover the bad debts.
  • Deliver innovative solutions and ensure a superior customer experience for government accounts.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Participation in the tenders of B2G.
  • Present proactive and creative ideas for the new flagship in B2B business.
  • Achieving overall revenue target, all revenue streams including GSM, Fixed, M2M, DFS/IOT.
  • Liaison with Marketing, Analytical, and Pre-sales teams for tailored plans specific to the customer’s requirement and further maturing the lead with contract finalization.
  • Work closely with the Product development team to provide customized solutions to various clients according to their business requirement.

 Education & Experience:

  • Min. Business Graduate from reputed Universities.
  • Must have 2 to 4 Years’ relevant experience, related to Telecom industry sales in the government sector especially, internet / data-related products, GSM-based solution, fixed connectivity and DFS Solution (M Wallets).
  • Should be outstanding Communication, Presentations, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and critical thinking, Fast Learner.
  • Keep commitment and responsibility.

Salary Range: 55k- 120k Per Month

Location: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar
