Position: District Sales Representative

Industry: Chemicals

Experience: 3-5 years’ extensive in-field experience doing Water Treatment business preferably in Heavy industrial segment (Fertilizer / chemical, Power, Refinery / Petrochemicals, Steel).

Education: Bachelor’s (Chemical / Mechanical or Equivalent degree).

Salary: 90,000 – 130,000

Allowances: Company car will be provided + Fuel Card + Mobile Expenses will be reimbursed OR Mobile will be provided.

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Timings: 09:00AM – 06:00PM

Job Location: Karachi.

Job Description:

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively- held accounts to meet profit increase goals.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.
  • Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations perform at optimal levels.
  • Actively sell and support client innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with client.


  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, equipment and wastewater treatment systems would be advantageous.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
