Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment needs of clients and acquiring the best available talent for their vacant positions.
- Creating value by sourcing, evaluating, and assisting the client in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Visiting/interacting with clients on regular basis to better understand the needs and the culture of the organization.
- Developing a sustainable relationship with the HR/Line Managers at the client end.
- Managing the achievement of assigned revenue targets.
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
