Position: Finance Internee

Job description:
- Checking & updating of payment request G-Doc.
- Validating Invoices Format & attached documents
- Reconciliation of Invoices With PO
- Matching the PO with ERP
- Coordination with VMs in case of discrepancies
- Processing the invoice in ERP, Data entry of Invoice in ERP, and printing documents
- Maintaining the records of CNIC of All unregistered vendors
- Data entry on Payments Sheet (G-Doc)
- Cheque Submission to Riders and follow-up for deposits
- Maintain the record of Cheques and deposit slip
- Competencies Required: Education；Problem Solving；Initiative
Education & Skills: Min Finance Graduate from a reputed university.
Good MS-Excel Skills
Age Limit: Max. 24
Salary: Rs 31,000.
