  • Carryout Minor Maintenance jobs for smooth terminal operations
  • Fill the tankers safely and meet the customers´ expectations in accordance to quantity and quality, order of loading and security standards set by the company including following points:
  • Responsible to perform on a daily basis all operational modalities (Tank Farm, Pipe / Line, Truck) Activities may include: changing manifold connections, Tank Cleaning and Line Heating, Gas Freeing, Pigging and lining up Terminal Facilities with Jetty and with ultimate customers
  • Carryout Minor Maintenance jobs for smooth terminal operations
  • Fill the tankers safely and meet the customers´ expectations in accordance to quantity and quality, order of loading and security standards set by the company including following points:
  • Ensure the connection of earth clamps, decanting hoses and make sure the all manifold valves and lorries valves are fully opened and suction line is properly primed.
  • Carry out the entire cycle of filling tank lorries with the required product and quantity
  • Weighing of empty and loaded lorries at weighbridge in proper way
  • Physical dipping, Temperature & Gravity monitoring
  • Lorries calculations by using different ASTM tables i.e. 53, 54, 23, 24 & 85° F etc.
  • Maintain daily measurements of quantity, temperature, gravity and other relevant details of petroleum products at site.
  • Check, control of tank lorry / product data and specifications on arrival and departure
  • To perform loading activity; monitor loading progress / volumes in close coordination with CCR
  • Sampling and other performance indicators (temperature, product spec, etc.)
  • To operate weighbridge ; end-inspection and report on operation and truck lorry condition when leaving terminal premises
  • Carry out a variety of duties to maintain the efficient and safe operation of various facilities to ensure receipt, storage and import/export of products are carried out in accordance with company’s policy & procedures
  • Execute & ensure pre ship arrival accessories checklists as per berth occupancy Schedule and monthly shipment plan.
  • Align and set up tanks, pumps and pipelines for product transfer purposes and also ensure a proper tank line up in the operations area in an organized manner
  • Ensure that effective coordination prevails between terminal services and tank trucks
  • Carry out effective loading operation and develop objective to avoid operational and other miscellaneous losses.
  • Ensure a proper inspection of lorries as per SOP
  • Ensure all hose pipe connections to lorries are properly fitted and tightened to avoid Leakage / spillage
  • Perform in accordance with company HSE standards and safety procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry terminal regulations and ensure that procedures are performed in accordance with them.
  • Respond to emergencies related to terminal, pipeline, rail or marine related issues
  • Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
