Job Description:

- Updating of promotions, salaries, change of groups in employees database.
- Attendance Management
- Leaves calculation & month end deductions.
- Audit of salary sheets of
- Loan calculations & payback plans record maintenance
- Employee File completion and verification
- Job Offer Letters
- Appraisals working & calculations
- Recruitment & shortlisting of CV's & job postings
- Mess Staff Management
- RBMC clearance processes & other issues
- SAP working & master database update
- Organogram update
- HR Analysis
- Final Settlement working
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year
Education:
Bachelors in HRM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs27,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month
