One of our client's is looking for an IT In charge, with a MSc/MA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field and 8 – 10 Years of Experience. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications is required. Please share with us profiles of senior IT personals. Please find below the key responsibilities and skills required for this position:

  • Managing and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations including SAP Master Data Management, Business Analysis, BI Reporting (Crystal Reports, PLDs), Software Development (C Sharp, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, VB.Net, Python), Database Administration, Backups, with SQL Query writing (MS SQL, MySQL), Helpdesk Support and Network Configuration (Cisco, Ruckus, FortiGate, Ubiquity).
  • Overseeing and supervising efficient maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
  • Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements while also ensuring that highlighted/reported issues are resolved expeditiously.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement ensuring all technology systems and applications support current and planned developments.
  • Preparing financial budgets and performance reports to keep management updated and to ensure that a roadmap of resources is available for any given project or IT expenditure within a specified time frame.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and processes to ensure that the organization’s corporate and confidential information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, corruption, loss, and interference in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Developing and implementing IT related user training modules for new software and programs.
  • Managing and supervising employees in the IT department while developing capabilities and bench strength for backup and succession.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors to establish a competitive and reliable value chain and network that will ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Managing DPS IT system and structure which includes development and maintenance of School Management System and Linux Administration for the support of the KOHA Library Management System.
  • Development, Setup, and maintenance of IT related Exhibits at MSC
  • Configuration and management of various type of CCTV, PABX Networks, PA System and Access Control System.

Overseeing and supporting:

  • UPS and its configuration with PDUs.
  • Development, Configuration, and Management of Online Web Servers, Webservices, and APIs.
  • Development, Maintenance, and Configuration of POS System.
  • Management and configuration of Azure AD, Office 365, and G Suite.
  • Content Management using word press for all the websites hosted online.
  • Web domain management and its configuration.
  • Development, configuration, Management, and Backup of virtual machines.

  • Management of data in the cloud.
  • Administration of Linux for evaluation of network complexities and vulnerabilities.
