- Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware and network troubleshooting and solves IT related issues.
- Experience and knowledge of Cisco networking systems, Microsoft Office365, Azure, SharePoint, LAN/WAN and Radio Communications System.
- Windows installation and tuning, Network Printers configuration, installing and configuring other business applications, Peripherals, and connectivity infrastructure.
- Having good knowledge and Experience in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of IT systems and in warranty transactions of IT equipment and maintain IT Assets/Equipment database.
- Adopt innovation/ initiative by company in context of hardware and software deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
- In addition to all specific tasks mentioned above, he/she should be able to perform any other Infrastructure and helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
