KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The new hire will support in learning and development phase for logistics employees by ramping up new hires and training the existing resources for better job performance and productivity.-
  • Create training material (video, ppt, pdf) for different functions of Operations that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are. (the content and videos are shared by Regional L&D Team. But, will be finalized by local ops departments)-
  • Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development.-
  • Creating and managing student profiles, courses, reports and course material in dOps Academy-
  • Maintain training data record for all ventures.-
  • Monitor and evaluate training assessment reports and publish results periodically.-
  • Maintain a repository of training material along with the SOP and ensure they remain upto date.-
  • Update the existing training material into interactive content.-
  • To identify current skill level of staff and further improve with monthly skill matrix trainings, employee growth trend and gap analysis.-
  • Deep dive current training data and propose new initiatives for developing employees.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g. BBA) or demonstrable equivalent-
  • Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Power-Point and other visual tools.
