Reporting Line: Senior Manager – Legal Business Partner
Location: Lahore
Remuneration: PKR 150k to 200k
Experience: 5 to 7 years’ experience, including joint ventures and land sale/purchase
Education: LLB mandatory + LLM (or equivalent) preferable
- Understanding the stakeholder’s business and acting as a sounding board for the project acquisition team in legal and strategic matters
- Offer proactive legal advice, thus understanding and communicating the risks and opportunities related to the business
- Draft and review JV agreements, commercial contracts, and legal documents as well as conduct due diligence for land purchase
- Research and analyse relevant laws and regulations for impact assessment analyses
- Advise on commercial and transactional matters, developing creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions
