Position: Meet & Greet Executive
Location: Karachi
Age: Max. 30
Salary: Market CompetitiveEducation & Experience: Minimum Bachelors, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be preferred with min. 6 months to 1-year hotel ( 4 to 5-star ) experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Performs any other work assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk representative for at least 1 year.
- Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Well-groomed, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
