To drive process improvements in existing logistics operations.
- To perform Quality management and SOP compliance internal audits.
- To achieve operational efficiencies through initiating, implementing & executing continuous improvement projects.
- To assist ops ex manager in deploying quality management tools/techniques within logistics operations. (Kaizen, six sigma, lean management).
- To effectively communicate with different operations’ departments for integration & visibility.
- Training and development of operations on-ground workforce on quality management tools.
- Root cause analysis of problems along with generating solutions for avoiding future recurrence.
- To assist ops ex-team in making decisions by performing thorough data analysis.
- To create and maintain structured documentation related to different operations excellence tasks and projects.
Qualification & Skills:
- B.E./BBA/MBA Supply chain (from a preferable university).
- MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Quality management tools, 5S, six sigma and lean manufacturing.
- 1-2 years of related work experience will be considered an extra bonus.
- Willing to travel within and outside the city for audits.
