Job Description
- We are inquest of suitable candidates for the position of Partner Support Interns for one largest E-commerce company in Pakistan.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Satisfying the sellers on calls by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs.
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per the assigned target.
- Handling irate sellers by using soft skills.
- Learning Basic Systems and Processes as and when guided
Education & Experience:
- A/O Levels, Intermediate or Graduate
- Understanding the e-Commerce market and basic concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Project
- Able to work both independently and with other teams
- Proactive and critical thinking, Fast Learner
- Keep commitment and responsibility
Internship Duration: 3 months
Stipend: 20k- 22k/ per month
