Responsibilities

The incumbent will  

 lead a product development team to keep adding functionalities to our product portfolio 

 plan a product improvement plan

 lead market / user research to collect insights about the product in use

 work closely with the tech team to explore new features and functionalities 

 plan user research and have it executed

 review product UX modification plan and have it executed with the design team 

 work with the academic team and external consultants to make sure all features are in line with best

pedagogies and academic practices
