Responsibilities
The incumbent will
lead a product development team to keep adding functionalities to our product portfolio
plan a product improvement plan
lead market / user research to collect insights about the product in use
work closely with the tech team to explore new features and functionalities
plan user research and have it executed
review product UX modification plan and have it executed with the design team
work with the academic team and external consultants to make sure all features are in line with best
pedagogies and academic practices
