Job Title: Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions (FI)
Job Purpose: To build and manage beneficial business relationship with correspondents, FI’s, NBFI’s, Insurance & Takaful Co’s. Make available business credit lines/limits for counter parties. Support / advise / resolve internal and external customer issues / queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with correspondents, internal and external customers on Compliance, Trade Finance, Treasury, Account(s) and transactional matters.
- Allocation of LC advising & or reimbursing bank(s). LC confirmations, LG issuance and fund placements / arrangements.
- Ensure smooth handling of correspondent, deposit, lending relationships – relevant files to be maintained and updated efficiently.
- Processing of customer account opening & or closing in T24 and Nostro accounts at foreign correspondent bank(s) in due course.
- Adhere to all Regulatory, Domestic & International Compliance, CDD/KYC, internal and external policies and guidelines.
Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate / Masters in any relevant discipline
- Approx. 2 – 5 years of relevant banking experience.
