Position: Retails Instant Messenger - Intern
Location: Clifton Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Internship Duration: 1 Month Timings: 5 pm - 1 am
Salary: Rs 15,000
Job Description:
- Maintaining a 95% response rate for all Retail IM accounts.
- Maintaining a query response rate time of 15 mins.
- Inquiring and resolving customer issues via CS and Ops.
- Strong communication with all stakeholders for accurate and timely response.
- Well versed with FMCG and Fashion specifications will be a plus point.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle customers on chats.
- Well organized and the ability to take responsibility.
- Strong follow-up.
- Decent writing and speaking English skills
