We are looking for the position of Technical recruiter & Coordinator" based in Karachi
Job Description:
- Write and publish technical job descriptions
- Look for potential candidates on niche platforms
- Screen professional skills and qualifications
- Collect, process, manage, and analyze a variety of quantitative datasets
- Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze the applicant’s abilities.
- Combine various methods to interview candidates (such as structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with team leaders to predict department goals and recruitment needs
- Create personalized recruitment emails and send current job vacancies to passive candidate
- Participate in technical meetings and gatherings to establish contacts with relevant
- professionals
- Conduct job and task analysis to record job responsibilities and requirements
Key Skills:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Working Knowledge of Google Doc & Spreadsheet
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, should be a problem solver and must be able toprioritize complete assigned tasks on time
- High on integrity
Location: Karachi
Experience: Fresh or 1 plus years
Education: BS in geoscience with complete insight on Geology, Hydrology, Environmental sciences an similar fields.
