Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Execution of cash and non-cash transactions.
- Preparing letter(s) to the State Bank of Pakistan for collection/deposit of notes. Visit State Bank and other banks to acquire/deliver currency as per the daily requirement.
- Final reconciliation and balancing the cash worked out with physical cash in hand and with the system generated reports;
- To ensure that cash is sorted as per requirements of the State Bank of Pakistan as per Clean Notes Policy;
- Responsible for bank account opening of customers by using various banking systems, including but not limited to AML RT.
- Transfer of funds through NIFT or RTGS;
- Responsible for Cash Deposit and Withdrawal, Foreign Remittance;
- Provision of over the counter customer services of the highest standards.

- Proficient use of Teller System for executing various branch operations transactions
- Utilizing the Bank’s various available technology(ies) to make decisions while executing cash and non-cash transactions
- Ensuring Compliance to Bank’s SOPs, policies and procedures
- Ensuring Compliance to AML/KYC regulations.
- To ensure the CDD/SDD/EDD as the case may be, has been carried out prior to client on boarding.
- To ensure that information of STR on the customer account is not tipped off to the customer.
- Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements of SBP.
- To ensure that AML/CFT related controls are not ignored/circumvented.
- To ensure the CDD/SDD/EDD as the case may be ,has been carried out prior to client on boarding
- Responsible to report any suspicious activity/transaction relating to customer, immediately when noticed.
- Ensuring that the Bank’s, as well as regulatory KYC/AML requirements, are complied with.
Salary Range = PKR30,000/- to PKR45,000/- with other allowances.
