Apply approved section policies, processes, and procedures and
monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled
manner
Day- to-day operations
Apply the day-to-day operations assigned for the business unit
to ensure compliance with the established standards and
procedures
In-store Fundamentals
Conduct store checks and go on field visits with the sales
representatives to ensure superior execution of the sales
fundamentals and monthly initiatives in the stores to deliver
monthly goals and objectives
Cash Allowance & Vehicle Usage
Randomly inspect the cash allowances availability and
utilization (RVO) to ensure having the right stock mix and check
the vehicle status of each representative to ensure the proper
usage
Cash Collections
Monitor cash collection and ensure that all account
collections are met as per policy and guidelines
Budget
Verify proper claiming and spending of the different offers
and incentives to ensure the accuracy of setting budgets
Support the preparation of the section’s budget by
collecting and preparing data related to specific elements
as directed
Sales Orders
Develop orders to customers according to their stocks and
movement to ensure no out of stocks or overstocks and
timely delivery of new initiatives
Merchandising
Train, coach and monitor the merchandisers on a daily
basis to get maximum productivity levels required to
upgrade team standards and documents progress
accordingly
Planning
Update superiors with the requested data accurately and
on time (building block/sales fundamentals stocks,
estimates, daily sales, pricing, competition, etc.) to provide
the right tools/data for planning
Customer Relationships
Develop and maintain strong and positive working
relationships with customers, proactively addressing all
their issues and take corrective actions accordingly
Reporting
Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet
company and section requirements, policies and standards
Ensure continuous accuracy of the team's computer data
to maintain accuracy of the automated reports
Safety, Health & Environment
Comply with all relevant safety, health and
environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work
environment
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
