We require Sales Manager to develop and deliver the sales and margin budgets in order to fulfill the strategic goals for the Fischer product in Pakistan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Manage the commercial profitability of Fischer products and strategic planning to ensure budgets are met.

2.     Develop sales and marketing plans for submission and approval from management team, to develop and expand the existing business.

3.     Work in co-ordination with team of sales people of our Local Partners as well as our existing team in the region and ensure goals and objectives are in line with the Fischer.

4.     Achieve Sales and Product Mix target -offering Fischer products and services to contractors in MEP / STEEL & METAL / FAÇADE / INTERIOR FINISHING / Oil & Gas / Industries.

5.     Maintain, establish and build key relationships with decision makers.

6.     Leading a team of field sales engineers and specification consultants.

7.     Sales and Marketing and Services Work, Products approval by Consultant and Engineers, Sales and HVAC products, Chemical Epoxy, Chemical and Mechanical anchors, Power tools and Machinery.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.     B.E (Civil) +  Business qualification (M.B.A Preferred)

2.     Candidate must have at least 5 year of experience. Construction industry background with minimum 4 year experience in direct selling.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must have driving license and valid passport and have no reason not to travel / relocated.
