HS Global Consultants recently open their office in karachi and looking for a young, dynamic, confident, motivated and highly-organised Full-time Customer Relationship Officer
The key responsibilities for this position will include:
- Assistance in Admissions
- Social Media Marketing
- Correspondence with clients
- Provide support day to day administrative tasks
About you:
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Proactive approach to work
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Be Flexible & have the ability to multi-task
- Friendly, outgoing and can-do attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (word, email and Excel)
- Have experienced working in a student consultancy office (Desirable but not essential)
- Minimum graduate from reputable institute
