HS Global Consultants recently open their office in karachi and looking for a young, dynamic, confident, motivated and highly-organised Full-time Receptionist.
The key responsibilities for this position will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Be the first point of contacts for all walk ins
- Data Entry
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment
- Social media assistance & marketing
- Adhoc duties as requested
About you:
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Proactive approach to work
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Be Flexible & have the ability to multi-task
- Friendly, outgoing and can-do attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Have experienced working in a student consultancy office (Desirable but not necessary)
