We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking Education Counselor to join our International Student Agency located at Karachi.
- Provide professional advice to international students regarding overseas education and ensure they choose the right course to meet their need and future career.
- Assisting students with enrollment application and admission process for international students and ongoing support.
- Helping students with their visa lodgment, ensure all the documents are well provided and advising them about the status of cases.
- Provide ongoing supports for all the existing students
- Developing and building strong client relationships with the school partners to secure ongoing agreements.
- Dealing and liaising with school partners while Director is away.
- Keeping accurate records of student database in accordance with agency procedures
- Ensure all team members are doing their jobs correctly, effective and efficiently.
- Creating better work environment, sharing ideas and discussing problems with other team members
- Ability to meet deadlines and marketing targets
Skills and experience
- Energetic, willing to learn, great team player, ambitious.
- Ability to communicate in English and write professional emails.
- The ability to provide exceptional student service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage and complete a variety of taks with daily deadlines.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
