ü To ensure all company policies, procedures and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
ü To ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and LWG).
ü To report top management on the performance of the quality, environmental management system and LWG system and any other need for its improvement.
ü To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
ü To prepare procedures by providing management system related documents.
ü To establish management review schedule.
ü To train all company personnel in the documented company policies.
ü Identify relevant legislative requirements.
ü To control and maintain the company Audit and risk assessment schedule.
ü To conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits.
ü To ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
ü To prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company system, compliance and incidents.
