Conduct HSE training sessions for non-management staff
Conduct basic first aid training for all employees of unit.
Prepare training records for compliance evidences.
Perform regular inspection of emergency equipment including Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm System, and Fire Suppression System as per inspection plan.
Act vigilantly and respond quickly to handle Emergencies at an early stage.
Prepare accident/incident reports and investigate the occurrence.
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in unit and ensure the compliance of procedures.
Fill out and submit inspection reports of general housekeeping, General Safety, Overhead Cranes Maintenance, Ventilation, Lighting, Temperature, Water, Work Equipment, Electricity at work, Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPEs), Fire Safety, Waste Management and Food Hygiene to team lead Administration.
Regularly visit shop floor, carry out risk assessment for critical works in shop floor.
Visit shop floor daily to ensure that all workers are using PPE.
