Administration:

  • To manage all General administration activities of north office on daily basis efficiently
  • Responsible for all Billing, General repair and Maintenance related work
  • Check the cleaning of Office on daily basis Oversee procurement, maintenance of premises and equipment (i.e. Office Equipment, Generator, ACs, Security System, CCTV, PABX, and Telephone Lines)
  • Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner
  • Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management as and when required basis.
  • Ensure proper working of office equipment’s &their products maintenance
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage of all Security and Logistic matters
  • To perform other duties as and when required basis

Human Resources:

  • Manage overall recruitment process of north staff independently which includes, initial screening of CVs, short listing candidates for interviews, conducting tests, background check (educational, employer & references), complete documentation and before and after hiring formalities
  • Timely provide the new hiring documents to head office
  • To process Full & Final settlement of the separated employee dues on timely basis by coordinating with head office
  • Maintaining Payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data of Attendance/Leaves (Office & Store staff) in the daily Payroll excel sheet
  • Handle wisely and patiently employee complaints and queries related to the payroll and attendance

Job Specification:

  • Graduate (BCOM, B.Sc)
  • At least 2+ years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office & In-page
  • Regular & Punctual
