IT Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain server, network and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software and applications.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory list, user wise hardware/IP/other peripheral lists and all IT related records & files
  • Investigate user problems, identify cause, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
  • Document network problems and resolutions for future reference
  • Arrange and perform regular servicing of hardware and peripherals
  • Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability
  • Compile and maintain records, documents and manuals related to software & hardware
  • Provide computer orientation to new company staff
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and innovations that could benefit the organization
  • Assist with all CCTV related matters
  • Creating Backup outlook pst to all user weekly
  • Any other task as assigned by HOD

Administration Responsibilities:

  • To manage all General administration activities of SCO on daily basis efficiently
  • Responsible for all billing, General repair and Maintenance related work
  • Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner
  • Oversee procurement, maintenance of premises and equipment, generator, ACs and Telephone lines 
  • Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees
  • Update and record keeping of fixed assets of company
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management as and when required basis
  • Processing of manual Gate pass and checking and maintaining of visitor’s record
  • Ensure proper working of office equipment’s &their products maintenance
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage of all security and logistic matters
  • To perform other duties as and when required basis
