• Liaise between HO & the store fronts in the monitoring, execution & refinement of organizational goals & strategies related with assigned categories
  • Review Current Market, Competitive landscape, HUB’s competencies/capabilities to define category & store specific strategic role
  • Gather, Analyze, Report & Strategize on the basis of consumer insights from operations
  • Identify profile based market clusters - accordingly develop/execute store & merchandise concepts for the realization of organizational goals
  • Improve sale potential & margins by coordinating with operations -  effective merchandise display guidelines, VM, space productivity, cross merchandising etc. initiatives
  • Facilitate execution of promotions, leverage themes/seasonal offerings to drive footfall & sale at the shop floors
  • Develop & monitor processes, in coordination with departments  for superior in-store execution of plans
  • Develop & monitor processes to channel shopper insights received from the departments for assortment & product development initiatives
  • Develop & monitor processes for customer service & complaint management in coordination with operations team
  • Mid/long range demand forecasting for assigned categories
  • Provide regular input to ensure effective distribution of merchandise on Stores 
  • Making regular store visits to build a relationship with Sales staff, receive customer feedback and detect operational problems and follow ups on article quality and presentations
  • Identify non-performing articles & suggest corrective actions
  • Present relevant reports to the management on regular basis
