•  To assist ingenerating and implementing all Marketing & Promotional campaigns in close coordination with category and merchandising team.
  • To play a key role in all brand- related activities including planning, advertising, PR agencies, event organization, social media, distribution, sponsorship & research.
  • To manage the production & execution of marketing materials, including in-store & in—mall brandings, billboards, cutouts/standees, leaflets, posters, flyers etc.
  • To maintain and updating customer databases in coordination with IT department.
  • To conduct Market research, for example using customer questionnaires & focus groups.
  • To create and schedule SMS to be sent for all new product updates and campaigns.
  • Social media management and related coordination with the agency (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • To coordinate and manage all matters pertaining to brand’s ecommerce presence – visuals, product catalog, orders, back-end, etc.
  • To manage product and fashion photo shoots from planning to execution to post-production, handling products responsibly & ensuring they are used well during the photo-shoot.
  • To assist regarding preparation, delivery and training of brand & product knowledge documentation to all concerned, including front-end staff
  • To participate actively in any projects related to retail outlets, e.g. analyzing strengths & weaknesses of any particular shop.
  • To do Trend analysis, according to the current market situation.
  • To maintain awareness of competitors performance (primarily marketing and product related)
  • To take part in brain storming of all brand-related activities – marketing, VM, product feedback and improvements.
  • To assist in planning & standardizing visual displays for retail outlets nationwide, ordering props, getting samples made.
